By accessing or using AskWingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

AskWingo is a data operationalization platform that connects to your business systems, builds a unified knowledge graph, and provides natural language query capabilities. The Service processes data from connected sources to provide analysis, insights, and operational recommendations.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Connected Data Sources

You authorize AskWingo to access data from third-party services you connect (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Google Drive) according to the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization flow.

You represent that you have the right to grant access to the data in your connected accounts.

You may disconnect any data source at any time from the AskWingo Setup page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to access another organization's data

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. AskWingo does not claim ownership of any data you provide or that is accessed through connected services.

You grant AskWingo a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate answers, analysis, and recommendations based on your data.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AskWingo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
